I was just reading the Play by Play of this game (the most important of the series IMO) and holy shit, this was an amazing game. I only watched it one time and hadn't revisited it til now. It was Lillard's first career playoff game and he was sensational. We were down 13 at one point in the 4th quarter and by 11 with about 4 minutes to play. We try Hack A Dwight and it works for a bit but Howard hits some big freethrows in the OT. Everyone remembers Aldridge's 46 points but Dame had an impressive debut with 31 points. I had forgotten Aldridge fouled out and Freeland had to hit a FT to extend the lead to 2 with a few seconds left. I highly recommend reading the 4th Qtr and OT. It gave me chills:

I looked at the Game 6 boxscore too. Harden and Howard were fantastic in that game. Dame really screwed them. I think it's very possible that the Rockets win the championship that year if Dame doesn't hit the shot. They won all 4 regular season games against the Spurs. I know the regular season doesn't matter but they posed some real problems for the Spurs that year. Could the Rockets have beaten the Thunder and the Heat? Not positive but I think they absolutely had a chance. Dame's shot ruined it though.

There are things that happen in life that are so sweet that they can only be attributed to karma. Lillard = karma.
