    Child abusers are the lowest of the low, the scum of the earth.

    I'm not sure 21 years is enough. Then again as PP said he might not last 21 years in there.

    Most likely not, but the crime seems to warrant "life in prison" to me. It's been a repeat offense, plus the warrant to protect the free world from a person with zero regard for children.

    I agree... It's such a horrible crime and those that are victim should feel at least a little vindicated that this man will never be free to do this again.

    It did say he's facing other charges (presumably related to other kids). Hopefully those other charges ensure he never sees the light of day.
