So, my 21st is coming up soon (July 15th) and I'm wondering what are some do's and don'ts for this momentous occasion.

Besides the obvious like drunk Karaoke... It's GONNA happen.

    Do list =
    • anything you want
    • Have someone sober to drive you, making sure you leave with your ID, credit/debit cards, and cell phone. Essentially you need a designated babysitter and driver.
    • Go somewhere you can make a complete ass of yourself and return later.

    Don't list =
    • Make friends with a random Hawaiian/Inidain/some minority you can quiet remember and have him buy you lots of liquid cocaine shots. To this day I have no idea what is in one of those, and I don't want to.
    • Have ANYTHING planned for the day after. It is a day for couch dwelling and your best hangover remedies. I really didn't get hangovers when I was that young, but on my 21er I sure did.
    • Go somewhere you can't make an ass of yourself and return later.
Seriously, it is the one time in your life people expect you to do some retarded ass stuff when you are drunk with minimal judgement. Take advantage of it. Make it a night you won't remember.

Ain't no party like a Salem 'cause a Salem party got Meth and pregnant strippers!

I'm spending my 21st in Washington though, Olympia during the day (Gonna float the Deschutes with family) then Seattle at night.

Seattle nightlife is alright. Most bitches at clubs in Portland are stuck up. Seattle ladiesaren't as stuck up.

The best place to go would be Corvallis. Tons of hot women around your age. I've never been out late night in eugene so I couldn't tell you if they are legit or not

I don't really care for Eugene. Corvallis is interesting but I can do that whenever because it's only a 35-40 minute drive away.

Get a hotel room within walking distance of where you're going to party. Give the desk clerk $20 when you check in, ask if there are any upgrades available and for late checkout.

What can I say, I know how to party. He might have been Eskimo. Shit, I dunno. My friends all have different versions of the story, and I don't have a single version of my own.

    First off, Happy almost Birthday.

Other than tell you what to do, or not to do, I will offer you some well earned advise.

    1) Contrary to popular opinion, you can not "Drink the place dry".
    2) Not everything in a dress is a girl.
    3) Never trust a fart.

Most every thing else can be forgiven. Enjoy yourself, be safe and do not try to do everything in one night.
