The end of hour one and Jack's just escaped for the 400th time....He will end up killing probably 12 of the terrorists and get away...again for the 400th time...that terrorist with the white family will end up dragging the family into it...again, thats happened in previous seasons...After two years of solitary confiment...Jack turns into Super Jack after an hour...I thought it was lame how he just got let out of China...I thought it was a major plot point but turned out to be nothing...now it will end up being another stupid 'find the arab' season.

And people are probably gonna think there's no way that will happen, but 24 producers have supposively strongly thought about it and think they could pull it off w/o hurting the show even thoguh I think that would be impossible.
The theme of 24 has always largely been based around Jack Bauer's ability as an agent and his uncanny knack of dominanting undesirable situations. If you can get past the fact that Jack Bauer is probably the most badass human being to ever live and focus on the show itself instead of worrying about how unlikely it is, then it's a pretty good show. My girlfriend and I have the Chuck Norris vs. Jack Bauer argument all the time. Obviously, Jack Bauer wins. I liked the episodes tonight and I'm excited to watch the season.
Jack Bauer is the biggest badass on the planet.. did anyone see how he bit the guy to escape? There was f*cking blood in his mouth after he bit the guy in the throat!

I'm just saying...people think this show is so edgy...shocking...etc...When it's repetitive and you can see the 'suprises' coming...I was obsessed with this show the first 2 seasons but it's gotten bad.

Curtis getting shot was shocking...about the only shocking thing to happen in the first 4 hours. Kind of sucks that he's gone...looks like another season with a wild goose chase like with the gas last year...
I love this show!Anyone get the whole Jesus idea about Jack?I mean - when he came off the plane he had a beard, long hair, he was beaten up - and it looked like he was Jesus after getting beat by the Jews. Not only that - but than he comes back only to sacrifice himself to spare his people. Jesus like - do you think that was done on purpose, or accident?It was pretty obvious, I wonder if I was the only one to pick up on that little drop.
When he came off the plane I said, "OMG, it's Jesus Bauer!" Coming off the plane with the beard, beaten down look, scars all over his back...it's was pretty similar. I'm not sure if it was done on purpose or just to show what he went through.l
A little off topic but, is anyone gonna buy the dvd that came out today? It has the first 4 episodes on it.
