http://www.ufc.com/news/UFC-Statement-on-Gleison-Tibau-122315 Tibau was already provisionally suspended earlier this month for suspicion of using EPO. This second violation comes from his post-fight sample from UFC Fight Night 77 (where he defeated Abel Trujillo under controversial circumstances--technical submission). No word yet on what he tested positive for this time. Tibau, 32, has competed an amazing 26-times in the Octagon and has been lauded for his ability to cut a tremendous amount of weight to reach the lightweight limit of 156-lbs. Some reports have him cutting close to 50-lbs. from the start of camp to the weigh-ins. Although he failed in Brazil and not in California or Nevada the UFC is expected to uphold the current recommended suspension lengths meaning Tibau could be out for two years. If the second positive test is different altogether from the first he might get hit twice.
