is this something to build on? I think so. is it something to get excited about? I think so. does it mean a good season? I hope so. the knicks are looking good even though it's only the pre-season. they need to build a winning mentality and carry it into the regular season. renaldo balkman is playing really well and I think he will benefit most from the absence of jefferies. the fans are already falling in love with his hustle and heart. he got a standing ovation when he was taken out of the game against the celtics tonight. eddy curry is also playing well averaging 17ppg and 6.6rpg. of coarse I am not surprised that my boy david lee :worthy: is playing well too with 10.6 ppg and 8.3rpg.3-0 doesn't automatically mean a great season, I know that. but they are at least giving the fans something to smile about. I think this team will win 35-40 games. curry is the key factor.
Well it's only the preseason and in my opinion the preseason means nothing at all so I don't think the knicks and knick fans should be really expecting a lot in the season but they should expect a nearly decent type of season if the knicks and coexist and if isiah can like coach this team right.
I dont expect a run for the playoffs but I expect a 30+ winning team. We have Francis and Marbury in the backcourt. Isiah I just letting them play thier basketball unlike LB.
Preseasons means nothing except for the last 1 or 2 games you try to win to get some kind of groove going into opening night but other than that it means nothing.
