That is an extremly strong list, a few people decided to stay like Laron Landry, Brady Quinn, Mason Crosby and Dwayne Jarrett, but still an extremly strong list.
Dwyane Jarrett could declare, he's a sophomore. And if he had the option he would have because he would have been top 10.
