Good to hear for 49er fans.

Plenty of physical talent on the team in Willis, Lawson, Davus, Gore, etc. It just hasn't worked yet. Maybe this is the season it will.

    Word.

Frank Gore and Patrick Willis are beasts. They have a lot of good, young, talent, but as Vintage said, it hasn't worked out for them. They were really disappointing last year after all the expectations that they had. Hopefully they'll get back on track this season, as I kind of like this current 49ers team.

I'm calling the playoffs this year. Niners got that division. I don't see anyone else really taking it right now.

Seattle has injuries galore. They could fall off.

    Arizona is a perennial underachiever.

St Louis is arguably the worst team in the league.

Its very possible San Fran makes the playoffs. JT O'Sullivan needs to continue to play well.

niners! we need rings for the other hand. we already got one for the thumb. 5-0 in superbowls, tough to beat that record.
