    That... Was scary, mangled bodies are terrifying. I feel so awful for the French and all the families that have lost people for nothing.

    One has to ask the question though, was it ISIS again? :/

    CNN offering context: The promenade has two tiers: A street, and a beach at a lower level. Beach was closed off for fireworks. Police quickly advised people to run onto the beach because of the truck zigzagging.
