    Well, after Free Agency this year is over and draft picks that number will likely shrink to 50 million or so, but even so thats still insane.

    Well it wasn't smart to hold out on this money. It helps them lose more profit each season by hurting fan support because their team isn't winning. They need to buy in some nice safeties and LB's. That's an insane amount to have for next year.
