Philadelphia 76ers forward Thaddeus Young(notes) has been with the team since entering the league in 2007. Center Spencer Hawes(notes) has spent just one season in the City of Brotherly Love. They both become restricted free agents on July 1 and it sounds like Sixers president Rod Thorn would like to bring them back, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

"We'll have to see what transpires on or around that date," Thorn told the paper. "Obviously, we like [Young]. I think he did a really good job for us and he has a really good future in the league." Young averaged 12.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and 26 minutes per game this past season.

As for Hawes, Thorn told the Inquirer, "He fits into what we try to do -- play a game where players are able to pass the ball and read situations. Spencer has done a good job with that. Hopefully, it'll work out. We'll talk to him when he's eligible, also." The 7-1 Hawes averaged 21.2 minutes, 7.2 points, 5.7 rebounds and .9 blocks per game this past season.
