I was watching NFL Life this afternoon, and they were doing the traditional kiss Tom Brady's ass segment and I got to thinking.Where would Brady be if Adam Vinatiari was not the kicker?Honestly think about this one because I honestly believe that he would not be in the same position he is in today without the kicker.

Phfffffffft. That shit is overblown. Just b/c Viniteri won a few games with some kicks takes nothing away from Brady

Obviously without a kicker he would not be there. Obviously without a kicker, not many NFL teams would win a game. But, thank God for the kicker position. What am I saying? Well, the Patriots had a kicker. And the kicker did its job and made the field goals. I think you get my point.

I'm not trying to take anything away from Brady. Obviously he is a great QB.I'm just saying, look the majority of the game-winning and tying drives that Brady led. How many ended with Adam kicking a FG? I can think of 3 games right off the bat where Adam won it.01 Divisional vs RaidersSB vs RamsSB vs PanthersI think people need to stop giving so much praise to Brady, and hand some off to Adam.

Yeah not so much. The better question is.. what would Adam Vinatieri be without Tom Brady?

And what the hell does Vinatieri have to do with? Who goes to say a lot of kickers out there couldn't make those kicks? Sure, 1 or 2 of them were pretty clutch, but doesn't mean shit. Vinatieri will never be considered a kicker worth a damn in history, at least not like the Anderson brothers.

Uhh, because Vinatieri has made those Super Bowl winning kicks, he might go down as the greatest kicker in history.

By the time his career is over, there won't be any doubt in anybody's mind. Vinateiri has 4 rings right now, and he certaintly had alot to do with each one of them.
