<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">San Antonio - Nuggets guard Allen Iverson screamed loudly after landing on the hardwood floor following a jump shot Monday night.

Relax, Nuggets fans, the eight-time NBA all-star did not reinjure his right ankle. Rather, Iverson yelled in disgust after he missed the shot while taking part in the Nuggets' scrimmage that lasted about an hour at Trinity University's Bell Atlantic Center.

After missing eight of the past nine games with a right ankle sprain, Iverson expects to play tonight against the Spurs. He added that his right ankle is a lot stronger than when he last tried to play and reaggravated it against New Orleans-Oklahoma City on Feb. 7.

"I'm going to try to give it a go," Iverson said. "I feel pretty good. It bothered me a couple times on cuts and stuff like that. But for the most part I feel like I'm ready to go. I just can't wait to get back out there."

The Nuggets were back together for the first time since playing at Minnesota on Feb. 14.

"Everybody looked rusty," Nuggets coach George Karl said. "The passing was rusty. The defense was better than the offense. We don't turn it over like we turned it over today."

On the positive side, Denver had a full complement of healthy players at practice. Karl and Iverson couldn't remember the last time that happened. </div>
