LINK This is really sad. The guy had the looks, fame, skills, brains, everything to suceed in life. Except the mental toughness. You have got to read that story, its really sad, but it's a good read..

that's clinical depression for you. It sucks, and there it usually occurs in transitional phases of your life. Several of my friends have it, and i had it myself. I got over it, but i occasionally have short relapses. Reading about that for instance could easily trigger depressive thoughts if i gave into it.It sucks, it doesn't make sense, but it's there, it happens.

I've also had major depression for a short period of time, although it was linked to seasonal depression so I'm fine now. I have to deal with someone who had it every day though, it's such a pain in the ass problem. These people are either really happy or really upset, the slightest little thing sets them off, they always blame everything on themselves and they have no self confidence, it sucks. Usually therapy in some cases in conjunction with drugs can cure the problem, it's a matter of them changing their thinking habits to prevent it from coming back.

People don't know how to deal with depression, his family did a sh*tty job of it and this is what they get.
