    That's what I was saying to the tank machine posters. In the 90's we had like 7-8 one and done playoff series before we made it to the wcf two years in a row.

    Look at the salary of the blazers in the 1998-99 season. We actually were around cap. That theory is flawed. It was only when we went for smith and Pippen is when we broke the bank. If we stayed with the rider, wiz, Cato and Jackson combo; we'd be in good shape and still in a good cap mold.
