New York slapped the franchise tag on him in the offseason. He reportedly will sign the one-year, $6.67 million tender offer when he reports.The Jets defensive line is ready to welcome back its difference-maker."When he comes back, we'll embrace him with open arms. He's one of our brothers. Everything is good. When the time is right, he'll come back," Shaun Ellis told the Star-Ledger.Ellis, the Jets' other Pro Bowl defensive end, signed a long-term extension with the team last season. Yer im a bit pissed off with him but is a good player and will be valuable this season if he stays fit
definitely a star on the field..i think he pissed off the leaders of the team (mawae, penningon, martin etc) but he is defintely a beast on the field
