    i did some research and found out that the accuser more than likely did it for publicity. and to make her boyfriend jealous.

    Wow, this is a huge hit for the defensive case. I think Kobe is in some trouble now, being a celebrity does not matter anymore IMO. It can be appealed right?

    What I've heard...and I'm sticking to this...is they found someone else's sperm in her underwear that wasn't Kobe's, and with that alone, I'm still sticking with the fact that he's innocent.

    This is a MAJOR blow to Kobe. I personally think that the accuser sex history would benifit Kobe so much that it he would be able to wake up knowing that the jury will find him not-guilty without a doubt. Now thats out of the picture, Kobe is in trouble. I doubt he will go to jail. I hope he dosent. But now that the accuser sex history wont be apart of it. Its going to hurt him. Hopefully none of this nonsense will affect his performace on the basketball court.

    Yea, you didnt hear about this? I heard it on ESPN, but it was sperm what they reported, they reported a pubic hair, and they specified it as a white man's pubic hair.

I didn't know he was referring to that. I guess if you really want the guy to be innocent you will hold on to anything that might persuade you.

    Personally, I don't believe he raped her. Either he had sex with her and after she decided to become famous, or they began to fool around and when she wanted to stop, he didn't.

    Either way he is guilty of adultry, which is why he has lost a lot of respect from me as a person.

    I believe you're talking about medical records not being allowed here right? Not sex history? I don't think that the judge has reached a determination on that yet. Medical records are medical records...there should be some expectation of confidentiality. Not surprised by the ruling and not really a big blow to defense since they can still interview witnesses.

    I am a huge Kobe fan but for this trial im very disappointed in him, Rape or No Rape, he SHOULD have been mature enough to know not to do that kind of stuff when you are married its just not right to do stuff like that behind your wife's back
