    Thanks so much for your note. I appreciate your question on how we would structure this season if and when we return from our hiatus. Unfortunately, it is too difficult to predict at this time, but we are exploring all options.

    I know it wasn't Adam Silver but someone obviously read the email and responded to it. Not a bot but a real person. It addressed the specific issue that was the subject of the original email and then added the team name for an even more personalized touch.

    This reminds me when I was like 8, my brother helped me write an email to Arthur (yes the aardvark on pbs). I was obsessed with that show

    anyways, arthur wrote me back I was so happy.
