<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>It has been one of the long-running on-off transfer sagas of the summer, and Emmanuel Adebayor’s possible move from Arsenal to Milan has taken yet another twist.

The Togolese hitman has been strongly linked with a summer move to both Milan and Barcelona, and the Italians in particular have made no secret of their desire to bring him to San Siro.

Earlier today Adebayor appeared to have ended all the transfer speculation when he pledged his immediate future to the Gunners.

"Yes of course [I am staying], I have three more years contract so whatever happens I have to stay. I am staying at Arsenal," he declared.

However in a sensational turnaround, just an hour later, Adebayor then stated that there was a chance he could leave.

"I am footballer, I have a three-year contract at Arsenal but as you know, a lot of clubs are interested in me," he told Sky Sports News.

"At the moment we are just going to sit down and talk and decide what to do. Nothing has been decided yet. We will decide next week."

Also earlier today, Milan Vice President Adriano Galliani appeared to pull out of the race to sign Adebayor when he said that the Rossoneri were planning for “a Milan with Ronaldinho and without Adebayor.”

However, Rossoneri midfielder Clarence Seedorf has now sensationally claimed that Adebayor has told him that he will in fact be joining Milan.

“When I spoke with him I said ‘I’m waiting for you’," Seedorf told Setanta Sports News.

“Let’s see what will happen. They’re [the press] talking about Adebayor and (Didier) Drogba. It’s not concrete, it’s a lot of talk. He’s a great player and he will definitely be important if he comes.

“He already said that he would come, but it depends now on Arsenal if he stays there otherwise he comes to Milan.”

    The transfer soap opera continues…</div>
