<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Junior running back Adrian Peterson will skip his final year of eligibility at Oklahoma to make himself available for April's NFL draft, sources told the Dallas Morning News on Wednesday.Peterson will announce his decision as early as Thursday, said the sources, who requested anonymity. Peterson met with Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops on Wednesday to notify Stoops of his intention to turn pro, according to one source. The 6-foot-2 tailback has until the close of business Monday to declare his availability for the draft.Peterson, who rushed for 935 yards in six games before breaking his collarbone Oct. 14, is projected to be a sure-fire first-round draft pick, if not Top 10.Peterson set an NCAA freshman record with 1,925 rushing yards in 2004 as he helped lead Oklahoma to the BCS title game, where the Sooners lost to Southern California. He had rushed for at least 100 yards in 22 of his 30 games at Oklahoma, including nine straight to start his career. In the Fiesta Bowl loss to Boise State on Jan. 1, he fell shy of his goal of 200 yards and even the 151 yards he needed to break 1978 Heisman Trophy winner Billy Sims' school career record of 4,118.</div>Texans written all over him.

I think he has a different team looking for him other than the Texans. I could potentially see there be a reach on Michael Bush for the Texans and they probably could go for a DB or an OL.

Bush isn't going to drop in the 1st round. Why not take him 2nd rd?
