Re: AdropOFvenom's QB Rankings Im just wondering why do some people have Drew Stanton over Troy Smith?
Re: AdropOFvenom's QB Rankings I'd agree with these rankings in this order. You should fix the height numbers though cuz they are confusing

The First Number is the amount of FeetThe Second and Third Number is the amount of inches. The Fourth Number is how many 1/8's of an inch it is. So 6027 would be 6'2 7/8"

You gotta be able to see over the line.

But the main reason that I see is that Drew Stanton has a higher ceiling on what he can be in the NFL, he's as, if not more impressive an athlete as Smith and if he can ever grasp the mental aspects of being a Quarterback (Which I think he will, he was just poorly coached in College), he will be a Franchise QB for somebody. However, Stanton is very raw because of that and Troy Smith is the more polished passer right now, which is why I have him ranked First.
Re: AdropOFvenom's QB Rankings I really can't see why Edwards is a top 6 for your list. Judging by his stats, I've never seen him play, he is not very productive with only 36 TD's and 33 INT. Also, just over 5,000 yards passing is pretty garbage for the NCAA. Even Palmer has over double his passing yards. That's the only one I disagree with.

Re: AdropOFvenom's QB Rankings Other then your man-crush on JaMarcus Russell not being fulfulled, care to expand on that?

But Edwards and Stanton? You are holding the Palmer name against poor Jordan.I hope the Chiefs draft him where you project him and in 2 years when Green is gone he bursts out and destroys the league.

I'm not holding his name against him, I'm holding his inability to tell which jersey the Defense wears against him.

I haven't posted any of my revised rankings yet, but I have Stanton at #3. Going into the season, Stanton was being rated as a possible top 15 pick. After a disappointing senior year Stanton's draft stock went south. This week at the Senior Bowl practices Stanton in my eyes and many others was the best QB on either team. Stanton has all the measurable, and showed he has an NFL arm as well. Stanton impressed scouts with his demand of the huddle, how quickly he was able to pick things up, and understand all of his check downs. Stanton is an extremely athletic quarterback. Stanton, surprisingly to many may have the best 40 time of all QB's Troy Smith included at the combine. With a solid Senior Bowl game backed up by a solid combine I feel will have the #3 QB position locked up. With a solid performance in both Stanton could sneak back into the first round, possibly to a team like Baltimore.
Re: AdropOFvenom's QB Rankings I dont think this year draft class for the quarterback is deep. Im not saying its bad or anything. I just feel its not as good like last year.
