as you can tell, I pulled this from a fin fan site - because Losman is ranked lower then AJ and Gus.

in my opinion, Losman would undoubtedly - even though unproven - still rank higher then either bum the dolphins call a QB.

I think Troy Vincent deserves to at least be tied with Eric Coleman for #2 FS in the East - Vincent did an outstanding job for us last year - in fact he even got a defensive hat trick for us at his new position managing an Int, a fumble recovery, and a sack all in the same game.

Aaron Schobel is just totally underrated - he's more of a run stuffing DE that gets his share of sacks, but where he comes in really big is that he's a bona fide playmaker - last year he stripped like 5 balls from snoozing RBs, and also got an Int or two.

And unfortunately the Einstein that made this still refuses to accept the fact that McGahee is the real deal.

Did I mention Troy Vincent was playing a new position - he came over to us as a CB, we had to move him to FS because of the emergence of Terrence McGee.

I don't see how you can say that it's obvious that you pulled this from a Phin fan site. I saw a lot of Dolphins ranked 3rd and 4th in the division. I wouldn't call Feeley and Frerotte bums. Feeley is still a young QB and has shown promise. Frerotte should make for a decent backup QB. Saying that J.P. Losman is unproven is an understatement. Losman is 3-5-32-0-1 for a QB rating of 39.2, so explain to me why Losman is a slam dunk over Feeley and Frerotte?

I thought the rankings were good the only one I don't agree with is the tandem of Branch and Givens being third....I think there too close to really call between all of the teams but I'd take both of our receivers over the other teams #2 plus our system is not one that gives big numbers because we use everyone...I just think Givens or Branch are way more talented and McCareins, Booker, and Evans.

Yes Mcgahee is a very good running back but how can you put him ahead of 2 1,600+ yard 10+ TD guys with a history of doing so year in and year out? Nevermind that Martin will go down as arguably a top 10 back EVER...

I think he will be better than dillon ever was. He will be lucky to have a career as great as martins. But there is no way you can go into this season with him ranked anywhere but 3rd in division. I am sure after this year(barring injury) he will move up.

I don't think Givens or Branch are more talented than the guys you listed. They just have a much, much, MUCH better QB throwing to them.

You seem to forget that McGahee's stats were the result of only 11 starts - add in another five games, and he would have LED THE LEAGUE in TDs by a running back.

Not to mention he would have caught a few more TD passes - this guy's got a nose for the endzone - always has.

BTW, McGahee had 13 TDs last year - that's pretty much like him being guaranteed a TD every game, and 2 TDs every third game.

Also, I'd definitely be looking for Evans' #s to go up this year - Bledsoe had a habit of just locking on to Moulds whenever the situation behind the Oline got bleak.

I don't know about Randy McMichael being over Doug Jolley - Jolley looked pretty damn good as a raider - so unless his play has dropped off a little - I'd have him as the best in the East (until Kevin Everett gets healthy).

Oh yeah. This came from a pro-Dolphins site.

What tipped it off was Moulds & Evans was the best srarting WR combo. Lee Evans? You gotta be kidding me. He is nowhere near as good as fellow Wisconsim alum Chris Chambers.

The only way Doug Jolley could come in third was in a 2 man race. He is not even the best @ that position at BYU - his alma mater. Can you say Chad Lewis?

Jason Taylor #2, Zach #3, Seau #4 at their respective positions. Minimally, Junior s/b #1 based on past accomplishments alone. Same for ZT & JT. London Fletcher - the #1 MLB? He was overrated when he was w/ St Louis and has not done as well since moving on.

Finally, Robertson & Legree (who) ahead of Chester & Traylor. DR has been a big bust & who the blue hell is Lance Legree? Again, The phins duo should get a higher ranking just due to history.

How is that the media did nothing but bash the Pats CB's last yr yet they are ranked #1? After Nate Clements & Sam Madison, the CB position in the AFCE is rather average.

Surely you jest my homer fin fan friend.

Look at Evans' rookie stats compared to Chris Chambers' - that's Evans with slow start to his rookie season - mark my words, if we stay somewhat balanced and don't overuse Willis, Evans's #'s will be better then your top reciever.

Yeah, Nate Clements sucks his 6 ints, 2 tds, and god knows how many passes defensed, along with his probowl int are just average - so is Terrence McGee who also happens to be the best Sp. Teams player in the league right now.

    Yeah. That's it. I am a homer.

My friend w/ all the wagon circling you've done that conestoga your piloting needs new tires.

Remember Chambers was mired in the doldrums of a Dave Wannstedt offense. This year CC will blossom under Linehan provided Feeley does not suck.

p.s. If anything I have too much of a pessimist. Now that Wanny is gone, I am feeling much more optimistic about Miami's chances.

Furthermore, I am not overly crazy about the Bills but (gasp) can respect them. Its the green weenies in the division I don't like.
