Rangers resume their quest.........hosting the much improved Toronto Maple Leafs tonight at the Garden.
Buchnevich is back. Nash still on the mend? Staal? Hockey world putting focus on the Penguins and
Capitals. Just love when the Rangers are an afterthought! GO RANGERS!

Expecting them to be flat at least in the first period after this long of a break. Good to see Ricky and Buch back.

Probably a shot he should've stopped but there's no reason for 4 players bunched together like that.

Nothing new here. Lunqvist is still on his vacation.

Should be a penalty shot the defenseman dropped onto the puck in the crease

The way Sam and Joe has been talking about Toronto, you would think the leafs are the next mid 90th red wings or something.

The Leafs also had the week off. Yet, they showed up in that first period. No excuse for the Rangers
    to play flat.

Yep. Not exactly how contenders approach a game. Maybe prognosticators are correct.........Rangers are not
taken as serious SC material. Who knows. This team certainly plays like Jekyll & Hyde.

They were only first because they played a lot of games. They were rusty for sure. Lundqvist is old and looks it. Rangers better do two things. One, stop playing Hellberg in the AHL and start getting Halverson tons of playing time. Two, find a way to get Shesterkin out of his contract in the AHL. The idea of buying out Hank is something that will be discussed soon as well.

Well, after a week off it is clear the Rangers were not ready. Two losses. It is up to the head coach
and staff to get the team back on track.
