<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>NEW YORK (Ticker) -- New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw, who is facing a second 30-day jail sentence, will not be suspended by the NFL. The league said Friday that it will not discipline Bradshaw , 22, who apparently will have to serve another 30 days following the season for a violation of his probation for an offense he committed as a juvenile. "We are confirming that based on our investigation he will not be suspended for conduct that occurred prior to his NFL career," league spokesman Greg Aiello said. The second-year running back served all but two days of a 30-day sentence at Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Abingdon, Virginia before released on July 13. The Bristol Herald Courier reported Thursday that Bradshaw would have to serve a second sentence as well. In 2006, he was sentenced to two years of probation for misdemeanor petty larceny while a student at Marshall University. He pleaded guilty to stealing a fellow student's PlayStation video game from a dorm room. Giants coach Tom Coughlin said that Bradshaw, who has declined to discuss the matter, is concentrating on football. "He's been one of the most excited people to be here," Coughlin said following Thursday's practice at the University of Albany. "He's a happy guy, and no matter what you ask him to do, whether it is the scout team or special teams, whatever it might be, he's responded in a positive way to everything." Bradshaw played in 12 games last season, rushing for 190 yards on 23 carries, including an 88-yard touchdown run in the Giants' 38-21 Week 16 win at Buffalo that clinched a playoff spot. He was the Giants' leading rusher in the postseason with 208 yards and a touchdown.</div> <div align="center">Source: Sportsticker</div> The jail time stemmed from an incident prior to his NFL career and he's shown great attitude and work ethic since joining us. But I have to admit I was worried about Goodell tossing a suspension, given how strict he's been. Bradshaw's got 30 more days to serve, so hopefully he can get this all behind him soon enough
