Eagles front office gets whoever they want in free agency, if they target them. Look at TO and Kearse in 04, Asante Samuel this year. It's always an adjustment for a linebacker when he switches schemes. Although I think 3-4 linebackers have an easier time than 4-3 ones (see Jonathan Vilma in NY).
