Pacersfanforever seems to think Danny Granger is greast and does so many amazing things...and there was a post where he seemed to reference that Al Jefferson isn't good as Danny Granger...he also went as far as saying Granger will be the next Pippenbut Al definitely has the most potential of the 2 and is better in every aspect of the game

Only thing Al doesn't do better is jump shooting. Al is the better post player, the better defender, the smarter player, the better rebounder, and he's not even close to his prime. This isn't even close.

Al Jefferson for sure he is much more consistent than Granger and has the ability to light it up any given night.

Al Jefferson is way better right now. If you have watched him play while Pierce has been out, he has been a complete monster. He dominated against Duncan when he played the Spurs. He put up like 27 and 13 or something like that. He is a way better scorer as of right now, a better rebounder, and defender. The ONLY thing Granger does better is shoot from the outside.

I'll agree with that, except Granger is the better defender right now. Sure, Al is a solid shot blocker, but Granger is a pretty damn solid man-to-man defender. Al's low post defense more work than Granger's man-to-man D. But yes, Big Al has the advantage here no doubt.

I still don't like comparisons like this, though, because Big Al is a PF/C while Granger is a SF than can play some time at the 4. Two much different positions.

^Well I don't think he needs to, this comparison is weird. Your comparing a big man to a swing. So of course there's going to be things such as rebounding that make Jefferson the better player. But that's because of the positions each player plays. It's a bad comparison as CB pointed out.
