The drunken driving trial for two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Al Unser Jr. has been pushed back in order to give the defense more time. The Albuquerque Journal reports the judge handling the case has postponed the trial until April 12. Judge Sharon Walton says there are motions that need to be addressed and issues were raised with respect to belt tapes used by officers. Walton said she was told by attorneys that it might be beneficial for her to listen to the belt tapes prior to trial.
