The 31-year old hasn't fought since April of 2013. Belcher finishes with an 18-8 record and perhaps will best be remembered for going into deep waters with Toquinho Palhares before finishing him with punches and elbows at UFC on FOX: Diaz vs. Miller in 2012 (or, more likely, for the atrocious Johnny Cash tattoo).
