Alejandro De Aza simply wanted to put the ball in the air. Knocking it out of the park was an added bonus. De Aza capped a six-run sixth with a grand slam after Paul Konerko and Alex Rios started the inning with back-to-back homers, leading the Chicago White Sox to an 11-8 victory over the Minnesota Twins on Thursday night.
