James finished 4th among Eastern guards with 577,471 votes, behind Iverson, McGrady, and Kidd.

Ilgauskas finished 3 among centers with 284,493 votes, behind Wallace and Mourning.

Boozer finished 7th among forwards with 176,397 votes, behind Carter, O'Neal, Martic, Pippen, Artest, and Abdur-Rahim.

Safe to say that Boozer won't make it but will be in the Rookie/Sophomore game. Ilgauskas stands a good chance to be the East backup center again, though I doubt it, I don't see it taking place. James stands a great chance to be selected by the coaches as a reserve.

Opinions?

Me too, him and Melo would be priceless, a once and a lifetime thing (though they already taged up in an exhibition before the season started, this is a slightly larger stage [IMG] )

James and Melo would be amazing. I'm sure it would go down in history.

I vote no for LeBron as an All-Star also. The rookie games are pretty much always exciting to watch. And it would be great to see the two friends play with one another.

I wouldnt mind seein Bron in the ASG, he has the skills, he deserves it, I wish he would play both though, I am actually looking forward to the rookie game this year.

I think Carlos Boozer and LeBron James should both been in the all-star game!
They are good enough for it, so why not?

Its such a bul*shi* rule to not allow them to be in both games.

Eh its one or the other. Why would they make him play two games in one weekend? It is All-Star Break.
