East is very thin in the Forwards category this year. Granger should definitely be in though. Carter and Harris should be the guard reserves, with Joe Johnson or Derrick Rose as wildcard selections. Carmelo has no business being in the All Star game this year. I'd go with Gasol and Dirk. McGrady shouldn't be in the AllStar game. He's stinking it up this year. Roy should definitely be in.
