    Sure wish there would have been a way to move up in the draft and acquire him. If Dame had demanded a trade predraft, I wouldn't have been opposed to trading him to the hornets for their pick and Ball. Not sure if they would have done that or not, but with the demand, I would have.

    How were we to move up to 2? Impossible. They draft Scoot to go along with Ball? Nfw. I don’t do hypotheticals. It is what it is. Scoot is the future.

    Marang at pre-draft workout, still fully immersed in "winning with Dame" mode. Drooling over Miller as the plug & play rookie the Blazers needed. Fantastic scoring potential to compliment Lillard, Simons, Grant & the gang. Danny told us Scoot & Amen can't shoot, and detailed how Miller was the savior for the Blazers. Then Charlotte drafted him.
