Thats cause he didnt get to play alot. Scottie Pippen once said during a pratice that Jermain Oneal was playing just as good at pratice as he is now with Indiana before he left the team. The only reason he was averaging so low points was because he didnt get a lot of chances to play as often as he should have since at the time they had Sheed and some other guy(forgot) in front of him and as soon as he went to Indiana he blew up.
Just shut up? He sucked when he was on the Blazers so he doesn't belong on the team. God, you suck at all-time teams.
a question mark....were you asking me to shut up because if thats the case i'd rather not. Anyway you don't know a thing about him if you think he sucked in Portland. It's like I said before he was just as good as he is now he just didn't get a chance to play because at the time Rasheed Wallace was the main guy and he didn't take to many bench breaks unless he got kicked out of the game because of to many techincal fouls but even that didnt help Jermaine chances to get the playing time he should have gotten because there were other players in the rotation that could fill in his spot. Do you research before you just come out and say a guy sucked because he didnt.
Pippen was a solid player there, he should get consideration... But Jermaine O' Neal shouldn't. He averaged 5 PPG. If he wasn't a great player now you wouldn't have put him on there. You jsut put him there cause he's good now, but back then he was the equivalent to a sausage trying to play basketball
He averaged about 10 , 5, and 5 and was a key cog in their playoff years. He should get some sort of mention, considering he helped them out more than a Damon Stoudemire

Does that put him on the Lakers all time list?
