    why? honestly i dont know why he would because i dont really see anything wrong with alston, but then again i dont know anything about him other than he was streetballer and an nba journeymen, and ofcourse what i saw of him in the finals.

    Alston won't settle for coming off the bench. He already caused some controversy in and a distraction in the Finals when he said he had some friends that wanted to kick Van Gundy's butt. Jameer is an all-star PG who will be healthy. Having Alston ride the pine will hurt the chemistry.
