That kid in the black holding the cup is DC United U-17 keeper Dakota Niedermeier. He saved five straight penalties and then scored the winner. DC United won the SUM Cup with Niedermeier's performance in the penalties.

The SUM Cup features the youth academy sides of the MLS clubs and was held over the past week leading up to the MLS All-star match.

Turns out I was wrong to assume that the kid in the black shirt was the keeper, as he was just the kid who left his game jersey on. Here's the video of Dakota Niedermeier's performance.

I also find it interesting that the RSL keeper celebrates more vigorously when opposing penalties are saved by the woodwork or go over into the stands than Niedermeier celebrates any of his saves, including the winner.
