The San Francisco Giants have their roster ready for the start of spring training next month. Center fielder Andres Torres and the defending World Series champions agreed to terms Saturday on a $2.2 million, one-year contract to avoid arbitration. Torres was the last of San Francisco's six arbitration-eligible players to reach agreement, and the club announced the deal Saturday. The speedy leadoff man also can earn an additional $100,000 in performance bonuses. "It's always nice for me when you can get deals done without having to go into a room," Bobby Evans, the Giants' vice president of baseball operations, said in a phone interview Saturday.
