Los Angeles Lakers center Andrew Bynum and forward Devin Ebanks were both fined for separate violations, the NBA announced Wednesday. Bynum was fined $15,000 for failing to make himself available to the media following the Lakers' practice on May 15. Bynum had 20 points and 14 rebounds in the Lakers' 119-90 Game 1 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Western Conference semifinals.
