Oh and this too http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57433184/fla-mom-gets-20-years-for-firing-warning-shots/
Sounds like that guy is guilty to me. No physical confrontation, no self-defense motive, and he fled the scene without ever contacting police before or after his confrontation. Should be an easy prosecution. What this has to do with the Zimmerman acquittal, only LIVs know.
Oh, so you just posted this because of ... why? Nobody is calling Zimmerman a hero, are they? I haven't seen that on this board. He was a guy who thought he'd protect his neighborhood, was getting his ass beat, and pulled his gun. His reaction at the police when finding out Martin died was fairly telling, IMO, which is why the cops even testified in his favor.
He took it like a man, at least. Imagine had he shot one of the poor misunderstood children. Man beaten by ‘bored’ teens dies 1 year later
This case you keep referencing is BS as a "stand your ground" case, considering the woman left the "dangerous situation", retrieved her weapon, and then returned to the "dangerous situation" so she could "stand her ground". I can see why she was convicted.
