what do you guys think of Marquis Daniels. He's listed at 6'6, and we all know he's a combo guard. should we trade chris mihm.if need to be maybe should switch picks with them in the draft this year (they have the 28th) not much difference anyways or we might have to give the pick up.Mihm 26th for Marquis Marquis is also only 25 years old. we can use a draft pick, either the 26th or 28th, for Hilton Armstrong. The MLE is fully available, maybe to Chris Wilcox or Ely? Kwame/Wilcox/Bynum Wilcox/Turiaf/Armstrong/Ely? Odom/Walton Kobe/Smush/Daniels Daniels/FA LLE/Smush/Sasha thoughts?
Can Daniels play PG? I don't know much about his game but I thought he was more of a SG/SF. Maybe I'm wrong.

I absolutely love Marquis Daniels game and he is the ideal PG for the Triangle offense. If it took Mihm and switching draft spots I'd do this deal in a heartbeat.
Your hopes of Armstrong should stop here. The Wizards are really interested in him, and they have the 18th pick. As for the deal, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
Daniels does man the point at times, but plays the 2 and 3 mostly. His jumpshot needs some work, but everything he does well. As a Dallas fan, I'd hate to see him go. He is a solid player.
The way Jason Terry is playing in the post season, Daniels is expendable for the Mavs. The Mavs play better with Terry/Harris on the court at the same time, plus they have Stackhouse coming off the bench to play a lot of minutes at SG. The Mavs also need to free up some cap space to re-sign Terry and replace Van Horn. Daniels might be available for them to accomplish these moves.
