Both Ohio State's WR Anthony Gonzalez and Notre Dame's RB Darius Walker have put in the paperwork to enter the NFL draft. Both come as relative surprises becuse neither is projected to go even at the end of the 1st round. Both could improve their stock and come back as 1st round picks next year. But both also lost their starting QB's and could se that as the reason to go ahead and go.
This is good news, for the Jets, as we might be able to get a guy like Darius Walker with our 2nd 2nd round pick now. Adrian Peterson, Marshawn Lynch, Michael Bush, Kenny Irons, Brian Leonard, and nw Darius Walker. Oh, and if all else fails, Tony Hunt with that 2nd 2nd.

Id say Anthony Gonzalez is looking at being a Mid-Late Second Rounder and Darius Walker will end up being a Third Rounder when it's all said and done.

I seem to recall a lot of people on this board calling Gonzalez a better WR than Ginn, just b/c Ginn is still learning the WR position

(Giants will give him big cash moneys after they fire Tommy this year)! You heard it here first. (Unless someone else said it before me).

Anyway, Gonzalez had one of the best hands in college football last year. He is an early 2nd rounder IMO.
Ginn won't be a bust. He's got blow away speed, and teams could try re-converting him to a DB if he fails at WR. OSU only made him a WR b/c of his speed.
Gonzalez doesn't have the 2nd gear to outrun anyone in the NFL. If I were him, I'd gain another good 60 pounts and become a TE. He doesn't have the speed for a WR in the NFL.
