i love a good political discussion....lets see if we can get one started... lets start with anti-matter...who's for it? just so everyone is cued up...a nuclear research lab in switzerland a couple years ago successfully created the first particle of anti-matter. anti-matter differs from regular matter in that its electrical charge is opposite then the charge of normal matter the deal with anti-matter is that its the most powerfull energy souce in the world. it emits no radiation OR pollution. it runs with an efficiency rate of 100 %. just to give you an idea of how crazy that really is...nuclear fission runs at an efficiency rate of 1.5% a single droplet of anti-matter could power new york city for a day. here is the flip side: anti-matter is also the most unstable thing in the world. if it comes into contact with anything, and i mean anything, even AIR, it ignites! 1 GRAM of anti-matter would have the same force as the nuclear bomb that was dropped on hiroshima anti-matter could be used as the savior of the world's energy crisis, or it could be used to create the most devastating weapon of mass destruction in the history of mankind. thoughts? discuss...
This is all based onw at you taught me today. Anti Matter sounds like its amazing. But in todays world we cannot handle it too much greed and it sounds like it will cost too much money for security and what not. the bottom line is no anti matter for now
