Quite a small fee but he would basically be a fringe player next season with Johnson's move.

Sad that the overriding memory of him will be him not being assed against WBA and Carra bollocking him.

Good servant but times change and people change and he wanted a new challenge. No ill feeling I think it was best all round.

    Over to you Xabi....

he really isn't that good. Is real's defense really that bad? Couldn't they get a younger guy just as good for a similar or cheaper price?

Arbeloa is a utility player, he is also to this date the only player to convincingly stop Messi. I wouldn't say it is a coincidence.

What a fantastic trip, even though we lost.

The tall lad who put the high voice on, that's me. :P

The bloke holding the camera, slapping the other lad in a friendly manner and then wandering over to randomers just singing and swayin because I was bladdered.

HE also got torched by kalou in their first CL leg this year. Kalou got passed him every time he tried. He is a good utility player, that's why i just don't get why liverpool wouldn't keep him for so cheap.
