Exactly,they are not,possibly the Canucks are. Blackhawks have degraded there position with all the cap issues and concerns giving away good quality players...
I agree, definatly not the best team, but the core is still there, and a small solid portion of the Hogs are now on the Hawks. It will be an interesting season.
