anyone have any news on this? i certainly hope so, he was great last year, PURE offence off the bench, we need him, adds depth a 3 pt threat and a veteran presence
There is still a little interest in him. I think Barry and Peeler are higher on the list tho. IT could be a possiblility but he wants more money than the minimum so I dont no if he would resign.

I hope Lenard returns to the raps, and I would take him over Peeler anyday. I doubt that J Barry will come to T Dot. Raja bell is not exactly as good of a shooter as these guys but is a great defender and can score, hopefully Glen will give him a look. Despite the quality players available I feel that Lenard is my top choice, if that fails I would take Raja Bell.
I hope we dont resign Lenerd. He takes to many shots off the bench. We have a new version of Lenerd but a better one in Murray. Bell or Peeler are realistic. I would rather have Peeler as an second or third option off the bench he can shoot the three ball well. Bell is a streaky shooter. Bell would come a bit cheaper tho. We dont have the Money for Jon Barry and he wants a long term contract. GG said he will sign a backup for a one year contract like we did with Voshon last year.
the toronto star reported a few days ago that the raptors r still intrerested in lenard. however, they r pursuing peeler, jon barry, and raja bell b4 him as well as rick brunson. i hope we get barry. if not we should get lenard and if he goes elsewhere (reports say chicago since chicago is offering more money) we should get peeler. then raja bell might be a good fit too since he plays d and coach o'neil likes d. but i DEFINITELY dont want rick brunson. might as well resign skip. Skip can draw more fans and skip is also more productive.

He probly took as many shots as Peterson. I hate Lenerd when he came off the bench and Carter was on he hogged the ball. He thought he was the number 1 option.

If we re-sign him that would be the stupidest thing to date, we don't need another player who has a low shooting percentage. He only shoots 40.2%! His shot selection is awful. Players who shoot poorly on the raptors are: AD 39%, Mo 39%, and Voshon 40%.
^AD is a pf/c 39% is awefull i hope o neill does nt put up with his turn around jumpers. He should stay around the basket and shoot the odd jumper.
