I've been watching him play alot, and I'm really surprised, he's getting like 2.2blocks per game and araound 8ppg, to go with 6 rebounds in 20 minutes, i'm predicting by next year it will be 15ppg, and 8 rebounds and 3 blocks, and the year after 19ppg with 11 rebounds and 3.5 blocked shots.WAs wondering if magic fans were surprised too.

Not really surprised by how he's played so far except for his awesome blocking. I was expecting him to average about 8 and 6 but not this soon. He's produced for us right away, and I see his him getting more and more minutes as time goes on.

He sure is doing a lot more than Cato was doing.

To be honest, I am very suprised. I had some expectations when we landed him a couple of weeks ago but he has blown me away.

His rebounding, scoring, defense and decision making is a lot less raw than I expected. When I was watching him in shootaround a couple of weeks ago, I saw another suprising aspect of Darko's game, his three point shot. This guy has some incredible range and if his career hadn't start out bumpy in Detroit, I think people would be comparing him to Dirk Nowitzki but with better defense.

I think as time goes on, a lot of people are teams are going to regret not going after Darko. I'm very excited about him and I think he will only continue to improve in Orlando.

In a way I am surprized and in a way I'm not, I figured he would play pretty well especially right away because he would finally be motivated. I am more interested in what he will do next year to be honest, I want to see if he can still play at this high of a level for a full season when that motivation isn't there.

I expected him to put up somewhat similar stats in pts and rebounds, but I didn't expect him to be anywhere close to what he is in passing and defense. He has looked like he has been playing the last 3 years, he is just lacking in confidence, but once he gets that and gets more touches he should be fine. He's been playing down the stretch in close games.

Yeah, I might switch from Rockets to Magic, if he keeps playing well [IMG].

He will be a better player then Yao in a couple years.

its hard to find a big in the league that can pass the ball, once u get that type of player it opens up all the other players as scoring options. sort of like what vlade use to do with the kings. I am surprised that Darko is doing well so soon, i assumed at the end of the season he would be at this stage. This trade is def a steal when u look at what he has done now and what u can project him to do. U cant project the draft pick we gave up to do this well his first or second year.
