i dont think ive laughed harder reading a story about a dude puling out a gun on someone else. throw the book at him and i hope the wiz can void his contract. if he pulls out a gun in a nba locker room- he obviously doesnt want to be a nba player.

and whats up with this kid crittenton? he might not even get a second contract in the league and he's feuding with gilbert?

Well, if he is convicted, they can void the contract and release him. His value is probably low, so I'd assume this would be a good time to rebuild.

delonte has well documented mental health problems, these idiots are just oblivious to their charmed life. and whats with crittenton bitchin about a gambling debt probably in the thousands when his nba life and the accompanying millions of dollars are at stake?

followup- arenas has released a public statement after his two hour interview with investigators today- in which he said it was a prank gone awry and that he sincerely apologized to all parties for his actions.

it appears like arenas left 3 unloaded firearms on a table with a note that asked crittenton to pick one in an dumbarse attempt at a practical joke. crittention was infuriated by the letter and that was the extent of the altercation. so apparently no one was brandishing a gun in a threatening manner and ny post's reporting has been thoroughly rebuked
