Former Arkansas offensive lineman Brandon Burlsworth will be honored with a new national award handed out to a college football player who started his career as a walk-on. The new Burlsworth Trophy will be officially introduced Monday at a news conference at Arkansas' home stadium. Burlsworth began his career with the Razorbacks as a walk-on but eventually earned a scholarship and became an AP second-team All-American. Burlsworth died in a car wreck in 1999.
