Slovenly Sam Allardyce decided not to put a keeper on his West Ham bench for their match against Blackpool, a decision he didn't have to regret thanks to the efforts of loaned Arsenal midfielder Henri Lansbury. At the 53rd minute West Ham goalkeeper Rob Green was given a red card, forcing oafish Allardyce to put an outfield player in goal--in this case a shocked Henri Lansbury, who has no professional experience at that position. Lansbury kept a clean sheet for the remainder of the game to help secure victory for the Hammers.
