Well, I believe I just experienced the best Arsenal performance in my life. Not only did we score six goals, but they were six mouth-watering goals. FT: Arsenal 6-2 Blackburn (Vermaelen '17, van Persie '33, Arshavin '37, Fabregas '57, Walcott '75 , Bendtner '89) In the opening ten minutes, Steven Nzonzi opened the scoring after he beat Vermaelen to a header--Quite a rare sight. Vermaelen instantly repaired his wrongdoings by scoring another fantastic strike from outside of the box, with Fabregas claiming the assist (keep an eye on his assist count). David Dunne made it 2-1, blah blah blah. Once again, Fabregas makes an inch-perfect pass for van Persie who equalizes. Meh, I gave up. I'll post a video later (and did I tell you that Henry was there to watch it!?)
Great celebratory game for Wenger. What was Viera doing at the Chelsea/Liverpool game instead of ours? Our scramble defense is still suspect but our offense is irresistible. 14 goals in three home games?
