OAKLAND - It started as a regular film session and grew into a clear-the-air, heart-to-heart meeting.

The Warriors' players and coaches spent nearly two hours Thursday getting 30 losses worth of frustration off their chests. But in the end they said little more than the same things that have been said all season long.

As for what was revealed to the media, they didn't call out a teammate for slacking on defense or taking bad shots, or challenge individuals to step up their play. They just reiterated the team's shortcomings.

"I don't think anything was said that we didn't know," small forward Mike Dunleavy said. "(There were) a whole lot of generalizations and beating around the bush. 'We need to figure things out ... We need to get better.'

I think Mikey may have gotten his feelings hurt, but at least he's admitting that he needs to get better. Everything is not just fine and dandy and its not his team that's holding him back. It's good for him to admit that because it seemed like he was blaming others, the refs, the coach, anybody but him for the reason he gets beat everywhere and can't make wide open shots go down.
